Deta is a unique people leader who brings years of experience in human resource management, as well as great instincts on what it takes to nurture a culture that empowers the passions and talents of people. She is the vice president of Human Resources and organizational effectiveness at Real Matters since 2008. Prior to this, she has served as director of human resources and administration at ASECO integrated systems for eight years. Her strengths include strategic organizational effectiveness planning, workplace planning, legislative preparedness and talent management. Deta is dedicated to the arts and has served as a member of Mississauga Arts Council for over 10 years. She is also a member of Sammy’s Clown troop, where she does work for children with special needs and in hospitals. She takes pride in her work as a strategic thought leader, contributing to the overall direction of growing an organization.
