Overview
Unwind with Slow Flow: a gentle Hatha yoga with Aman blending mindful movement, breath, and calming sensory elements in the gallery space.
Join us on May 17 for Slow Flow with Aman, a Hatha-based Art of Yoga session designed to gently build strength, flexibility, and awareness through intentional, unhurried movement.
Facilitated by Mississauga-based instructor Aman who previously led community yoga in El Paso through her initiative Free the Yoga Project, this session draws on her training in Bikram Yoga while embracing a slower, more meditative pace. Participants will be guided through a sequence of foundational postures, with an emphasis on breath, alignment, and mindful transitions.
As with all of Aman’s sessions, Slow Flow incorporates optional sensory elements to deepen the experience. These may include curated music or poetry to set the tone, crystals for grounding and focus, and a cooling rosewater mist during final relaxation.
Set within the gallery environment, this session invites you to move, reflect, and reconnect, offering a calm and restorative pause within your day.
