About the Workshop
Hosted by the City of Mississauga. Presented by the Art Gallery of Mississauga.
Artist and Educator, Avery Creed, will lead a conversation about her experiences promoting accessibility within Art Galleries and Museums through engaging public arts programs and interactive spaces. Avery’s work within the arts has centred around creating visitor-centric designs, programs, and experiences as part of a commitment to making art accessible and engaging. In this workshop, the participants will explore what makes a space accessible, and see how this question can be answered through the lens of a Gallery Educator and Arts Instructor.
