Andy Poprawa is an accomplished corporate director having served on many boards over the past 45 years in various sectors including financial services, health care, cooperative housing, community and not-for-profit organizations.  He is committed to ensuring a high standard of organizational excellence and governance through his participation as a faculty member of the Directors College at McMaster University as well serving his clients as a governance advisor.  A former CEO of an Ontario crown corporation, he holds several designations including Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Director (C. Dir.).  He has resided in Mississauga for the past 40 years and is a proud supporter of the arts community.
