SABRINA BOYER

EDUCATION & PROGRAMMING MANAGER

Sabrina Boyer is a graduate of the University of Waterloo’s BFA program and hold a Carpentry Certificate from Conestoga College. As an artist, Sabrina specializes in sculpture, installation art, and ceramics, with a practice that bridges material exploration, storytelling, and community connection. As an educator, they focus on developing inclusive programs that spark curiosity, foster creativity, and make contemporary art accessible to diverse audiences through hands-on exploration and creative expression. Prior to joining the AGM, Sabrina worked at the Canadian Clay & Glass Gallery in Waterloo, Ontario, as the Family Centre Coordinator and Studio Manager. In this role, they led a wide range of community outreach initiatives. For her socially engaged approach to art education, Sabrina was recognized as the recipient of the Ontario Art Education Association’s 2024 Community Art Educator of the Year award.

Of German, Ukrainian, and Métis ancestry, Sabrina carries these cultural backgrounds with equal weight and allows them to inform their values and approach to community outreach.
